Yoga for Climbers

Yoga is a great way to improve strength and flexibility. This weekly class run by Nathan is climber focused and open to all abilities. It is a perfect addition to your training or simply a great way to relax after your climb.

The hour class costs £5 for members and £6 for non-members, and includes a mat. Book your space in the centre or over the phone.
