Yoga at Manchester Climbing Centre

Yoga is a great way to improve your flexibility and strength, as well as your mindset and general well-being. This makes it the perfect addition to your training or simply a brilliant way to relax and recover after your climb.

Our weekly classes, are run by Nathan Rostron from 'Boja Yoga', who also happens to be one of our climbing instructors. They are open to all abilities, and although they are climbing focused, all are welcome.


£6 per head, per 60 mins session (includes mat)
Blocks of 4 sessions are £20 (to book blocks please call 01612 307 006)

*Please be sure to arrive in the Base Camp room 5 minutes early, preferably without harness and shoes, ready to start the class at 8pm*
