Terms and Conditions
1. Occasionally certain items may not be available. On these occasions we will provide an appropriate substitute.
2. Charges are for a minimum of 10 people. Groups of less than 10 will be charged for 10 people.
3. The drinks service will be provided in two sittings- one on arrival and a second at 12pm. The drinks will be served in large vaccuum flasks which stay hot for several hours.
4. Any other refreshments can be ordered from Rocks Cafe at the clients own cost.
5. The lunch buffet will be in position in the conference room by 12pm.
6. The conference room will be cleared at the end of the day.
