Manchester Climbing Centre

Indoor Bookings Terms and Conditions :

Section 1: Fees

1.1 Places on courses can only be reserved by paying a 50% deposit when booking, or by stating a valid invoice address.

1.2 The full amount of the course must be paid by the start of the course, or within 30 days should an invoice be raised.

Section 2: Rearrangement of course type or course dates.

2.1 A customer may apply to change the course type or course dates as long as this is carried out more than one week away from the date of the original course.

2.2 Any requests to change course or dates within the one week period will be subject to loss of 50% of the full course costs, and at the discretion of Manchester Climbing Centre.

Section 3: Cancellation by the Customer – Financial Costs

3.1 Deposits are non-refundable.

3.2 50% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place less than one week in advance of the course is non-refundable. If the customer has requested to be invoiced after the date of the course, an invoice will be raised for 50% of the course fee.

3.3 100% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place on or after the commencement date.

3.4 Should a group arrive with fewer climbers than expected a 50% fee will be charged for those not in attendance.

Section 4: Cancellation by Manchester Climbing Centre Ltd

4.1 We endeavour to ensure all courses will actually run, however in the event of cancellation, MCC will notify the customer as soon as is possible.

4.2 In the event of cancellation due to customer cancellation or lack of booked numbers we will give a minimum of 5 days notice.

4.3 In the event of cancellation due to external factors which would make the activity or centre unsafe or unsuitable to run we will contact the client as soon as possible. MCC cannot refund any travel costs incurred prior to the cancellation.

4.4 In the event of cancellation by the MCC, we offer the following options:

4.4.1 Full refund of the fee paid

4.4.2 Another booking on a different date

1.2 The full amount of the course must be paid two weeks prior to the start of the course.

Section 2: Rearrangement of course type or course dates.

2.1 A customer may apply to change the course type or course dates as long as long as this is carried out more than three weeks away from the date of the original course.

2.2 Any requests to change course or dates within the three week period will be subject to loss of 50% of the full course costs, and at the discretion of Manchester Climbing Centre .

Section 3: Cancellation by the Customer – Financial Costs

3.1 Deposits are non-refundable.

50% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place less than three weeks in advance of the course is non-refundable.

100% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place within three weeks of the start of the course is non-refundable.

• 100% of the total course fee where cancellation takes place on or after the commencement date.

Section 4: Cancellation by the Company

4.1 We endeavour to ensure all courses will actually run, however in the event of cancellation, MCC will notify the customer as soon as is possible.

4.2 In the event of cancellation due to customer cancellation or lack of booked numbers we will give a minimum of 2 weeks notice.

4.3 In the event of cancellation due to external factors which would make the activity unsafe or unsuitable to run we will contact the client as soon as possible. MCC cannot refund any travel costs incurred prior to the cancellation.

4.4 The course will only be cancelled due to the weather at the discretion of the instructor. Do not assume its raining therefore the course is not being carried out.

4.5 In the event of cancellation by the MCC , we offer the following options:

4.4.1 Full refund of the fee paid

4.4.2 Another booking on a different date

May Bank Holiday opening times

We are pleased to announce that we will be open as usual throughout the May Day Bank Holiday weekend.
Our opening times are as follows:
Saturday 5th 10:00am-6:00pm
Sunday 6th 10:00am-6:00pm
