Climbing Coaching
Manchester Climbing Centre are introducing a new training program to help you stay fit and get the most out of your climbing, whether you are new to the sport or are a seasoned climber.
MCC climbing coaches Ellie Howard, Dave Barrans and Robert Sandercock are offering personalised training plans, designed by Ellie, tailored to your individual needs. During an initial one-hour consultation, you will be assessed on your general and climbing fitness allowing each four-week plan to be designed which best suits your needs.
The bespoke plans work in a four-stage cycle, beginning in January with General Fitness, which will help you prepare for the later stages of the cycle.
Call now to book your initial consultation, once you have completed the session with our coach, your four week plan will be sent out to you within two days, getting you up and running in no time!
